de Caron, Bernard
Collation: 1 vol. (6 p.) : ill.Contenu: Geji and Pelu are two dialects of Geji proper, a language spoken in Bauchi State, Nigeria. Pelu and Geji are two very close dialects with very similar lexicon. However, tonal inversion is frequently observed in pre-pausal forms. The difference is explained in terms of tone rules applying differently to a common lexical form.
